As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at mdmarketpro.com within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the date on which you acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods.
A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also available on the Online Store's website in the "Complaints and Returns" tab. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information regarding your exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you for the goods immediately. In any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the item, please return it or deliver it to us at the following address: ul. Piątkowa 157, 33-300 Nowy Sacz, immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Return Policy
: The returned item must be unused!
The package must be securely packaged and protected against damage. Items shipped without proper protection, such as a car radio in its original box, are at risk of damage during transport.
We will not accept any damaged or opened packages.
Returned items must be complete, which means they must include all original accessories, such as cables, screws, user manuals, etc.
You will receive a 100% refund of the price paid for the returned item.
You will receive a refund to your account within 14 days of the date the returned item arrives at the store.
